On The MAP Entertainment is a television development company founded by Melissa Purner in 2014. OTM focuses on producing non-scripted content for digital television.

MELISSA PURNER is a noteworthy producer with a background in non-fiction programming. Her debut series "HAPPILY EVER AVATAR" is available on HBOMax. Although not yet released, Purner created, executive produced and served as the showrunner for one of the first-ever created Snapchat Original Series, titled “START-UP”. Melissa produced the award-winning short film The Tampon which premiered at the 2020 Nevertheless Film Festival. It has since screened at more than two dozen additional festivals including Hollyshorts, Defy, Bowery Film Festival and Female Voices Rock. Currently, she is developing new projects in both the film and television spaces.

Prior to working as an independent producer and showrunner, Purner helped launch Endemol USA’s prosperous digital studio. In the past, she has worked for renowned companies, including WME and MTV Networks where she spent time in development. Purner graduated with a B.A. from The USC School of Cinematic Arts.
